We built a workflow orchestration layer that managed the entire Human-in-the-Loop process: high-confidence AI outputs processed and delivered automatically; low-confidence cases routed to the right specialist with context, evidence, and recommended action pre-populated; every decision logged with full reasoning and timestamp. SLA breaches triggered automatic escalation before they became client-facing problems.
